Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how CV Garda Prima Nusantara ("we", "us"), the company behind TyreMetric, collects and uses your information when you visit tyremetric.com or sign up for early access. We've kept it plain-English so you don't need a lawyer to read it.

1. Who we are

CV Garda Prima Nusantara, located at Jl. Jenderal Sudirman No. 43, Balikpapan, East Kalimantan 76113, Indonesia. For any privacy questions, email support@tyremetric.com.

2. What we collect

When you fill out the early-access form, we collect:

• Your name, work email, company name, and role
• Your fleet size (units and tyres)
• Anything you write in the message field

When you visit the site, we automatically collect basic analytics through Google Analytics 4:

• IP address (truncated by Google before storage)
• Browser type, device type, and approximate location (country/city)
• Pages you viewed and how you got to the site

3. The TyreMetric mobile app

The TyreMetric mobile app (Android and iOS) is a tool for businesses that manage vehicle and tyre fleets. Access requires an account created by your company's administrator. When you use the app, we collect:

• Account information: your name and email, used to sign you in and identify your activity within your organization.
• Operational data you enter: tyre inspections, pressure checks, tyre changes, readings, and notes you record as part of fleet operations.
• Photos you capture: images you take through the app's camera to document tyre condition during inspections. These are uploaded to our servers and tied to your organization's records.
• Push notification token: a device identifier used only to send you operational alerts and reminders (for example, a tyre that needs replacement).

For login convenience, the app can use your device's biometric features (Face ID or fingerprint). Biometric data never leaves your device and is never sent to or stored by us; it is handled entirely by your device's operating system.

To keep the app stable and improve it, we use two third-party services that process limited technical data on our behalf:

• Sentry: collects crash reports and diagnostic logs when something goes wrong, so we can fix it.
• PostHog: collects product-interaction events and a device identifier to help us understand how the app is used and improve it.

The app does not collect your precise or approximate location. We do not sell any of this data, and operational data is only visible within your own organization.

4. Why we collect it

• To respond to your early-access request and follow up on a demo
• To send you a confirmation email after you submit the form
• To understand how people use the site so we can improve it
• To prevent spam and abuse

We rely on your consent (when you submit the form) and our legitimate interest in running and improving the site as the legal basis under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP) and the EU GDPR where it applies.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics 4. GA4 is currently active by default. If you'd rather not be tracked, you can:

• Use your browser's "Do Not Track" setting or block third-party cookies
• Install Google's official opt-out browser add-on
• Email support@tyremetric.com and ask us to delete any analytics data tied to your visits

We also use a small, non-tracking cookie called NEXT_LOCALE to remember your language preference (English or Indonesian).

6. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We use a small number of trusted service providers (for hosting, email, and analytics) who process data on our behalf under their own privacy commitments. A full list of sub-processors is available on request. Email support@tyremetric.com.

We may also disclose information if required by Indonesian law or a valid legal request.

7. How long we keep it

Early-access leads are kept for up to 24 months from the date you submitted the form. After that, we delete or anonymize the record unless you've become a customer. Analytics data follows Google's default retention (currently 14 months). Mobile app account and operational data is retained for as long as your organization holds an active account and is deleted or anonymized on request or after the account is closed.

8. Your rights

Under UU PDP and the GDPR (where it applies), you can ask us to:

• Show you a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correct anything that's wrong
• Delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Stop processing or sending you communications
• Send your data to another provider in a portable format

To exercise any of these, email support@tyremetric.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

9. Security

We use HTTPS everywhere, store form submissions only in trusted email and database systems, and limit internal access to people who need it. No system is 100% secure, but we treat your data with the same care we'd want for our own.

10. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you by email. The current version always lives at this URL.
