These Terms govern your use of the tyremetric.com website and the TyreMetric early-access program. The site and program are operated by CV Garda Prima Nusantara, with offices at Jl. Jenderal Sudirman No. 43, Balikpapan, East Kalimantan 76113, Indonesia. By using the site or applying for early access, you agree to these Terms.
1. Scope
These Terms cover the public website and the early-access program only. The TyreMetric platform itself is not yet generally available; once it launches, paying customers will receive a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Data Processing Agreement that govern their use of the product.
2. Who can apply
The early-access program is intended for businesses operating mining or heavy-equipment fleets. By applying, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old
- You have authority to apply on behalf of the company you list
- The information you provide is accurate
3. The early-access program
Early access is offered at our discretion. We may change the program, the timeline, the feature scope, the pricing, or the participants at any time, and we may decline or end anyone's participation without giving a specific reason. Nothing on the website constitutes a binding offer to provide a product or service.
4. Acceptable use
When using the site or interacting with us, you agree not to:
- Submit false information or impersonate someone else
- Try to break, probe, or overload the site
- Scrape content for republication or use it to train commercial AI models without permission
- Use the site for anything illegal under Indonesian law
5. Intellectual property
The TyreMetric name, logo, screenshots, and all website content are owned by CV Garda Prima Nusantara or its licensors. You may share links to the site freely, but please don't copy or reuse our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
6. No warranties
The site is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it accurate and online, but we don't guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information on it (including roadmap dates) will turn out to be correct.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by Indonesian law, CV Garda Prima Nusantara is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the early-access program. If we are ever found liable, our total liability is capped at IDR 1,000,000.
8. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute that can't be resolved by talking it through will be settled in the District Court of Balikpapan (Pengadilan Negeri Balikpapan), East Kalimantan.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. The most current version always lives at this URL, and we'll bump the "Last updated" date at the top whenever we make material changes.
